This week has been so much fun!  I’ve gotten a chance to work with some incredible models!  Next on my list is Tatiana.  She was just a pleasure to work with!  We had a great time and she was very patient with us as we showered her with gumballs and even had her try on a bikini top I made for the shoot.

Meet Erica!  She was also one of the models who experienced our sweet toothed theme!  Erica was a joy to work with.  We had a lot of fun and got some great shots!

Erica, or Sunshine, has a very distinct posing technique.  I hope to work with her again soon!

We were also able to do a little graphic work with one of her photos.  I can’t wait to finish this series and get the shots out to her!

We’ve begun shooting a bold color series in studio.  The theme for this month is candy!  Talk about fun!  Our first model to brave this subject was Courtney!  She was just a pleasure to work with!  Talk about a fun model.  We had such a great time during our shoot, and the shots we got were amazing!  The camera really loves her!

Here are a couple of preliminary shots (there were so many great ones I am still going through them all).  I highly recommend Courtney to anyone who might need a model for any work at all!

I was very excited to have Jenna in the studio this weekend.  She was a dream to work with!  We were joined by Allison again who did an absolutely wonderful job with makeup (as usual) and we got a great trio of looks for this shoot!

This new backdrop functions well on its own, however it also lends itself for more creative portraits, as I can more easily extract it from the image and add in artistic details!

I recently got a chance to work with an incredible model, Mandi.  Her shoot was so much fun, we could barely contain ourselves!  I was thrilled and honored to be able to capture this period in her life, and the photos came out AMAZING!  Here is just a taste!  I would highly recommend Mandi to any photographer!

If you’ve been coming back to the site over the last few weeks, you’ve noticed a lot of my recent shoots have had some pretty great makeup.  This is not because the clientele in Cedar Park is naturally great at doing their makeup…it’s because of an amazing makeup artist!  Her name is Allison, and she is FANTASTIC!  You can see some of her work already on my website, or by clicking Here! 

Allison is a theatrical wig maker and makeup artist with more than 10 years of experience.  She specializes in custom wig making, historical wig styling, all kinds of theatrical makeup, special effects, opera, and fantasy work.  We met her at a recent shoot, and invited her to be our makeup artist for one of the shoots in the studio.

We had a great time, and Allison’s work was incredible!

We had the distinct pleasure of shooting with Angeluv Creations (www.myspace.com/angeluv) this month.  We had a lot of fun, and the photos came out so good it was difficult to choose the best poses!  I was able to try something new and shoot under blacklight!

In honor of a new website launch, we did some headshots for Dave.  He even SMILED in some of them!  We had a great time shooting in the studio, and we got some really great shots.  Dave wanted to try some bleach bypass on a few of his photos, so we did that…as well as a few other effects.  Here are a few of the results!
